Have you ever heard the saying, "Tomorrow is a brand new day."? Well,if you haven't, then your home must be under a rock. Every day God operates in numerous ways, he gives us so many opportunities to expand and grow. What I have found over these past few months is that many signs have been given, but I was not very good at taking advantage of them. There will be times like this in your life. Times where you are presented with so many opportunities that in turn you become overwhelmed. I have learned a few things over these months and that it what I am going to share.
1) When presented with many different options, thinking to much can cause you to be very distracted, GO WITH YOUR GUT and let God help out.
2) You can't go anywhere if you don't jump. I had to take risks and there will be times where the risk may not weigh out the reward.
3) You will never know what happens unless you take a step. Follow the signs, God does have a plan and even though we may not know tha plan, we just have to trust that everything will be okay.
4) When you take the chance, make the jump, or decide on a major decision, stick with it. Many times individuals make a decision and decide to take it back. Be the one who sticks with it and endures it.
5) Surround yourself with positive energy. Yes, the environment. I try and make nature and the outdoors a daily part of my life. Also, look at your circle. Picking the right friends is so important.
6) Be healthy, but be balanced. Yes, I am going to admit that there were some things that I was not balanced in, but it is amazing how much inspiration you can find when you find time to make a change and incorporate habits that will lead to a better life.
I encourage you to take these and look into what you do on a daily basis. At this time in life, I know that I have many opportunities. The one thing that I can always be certain of is that God will always be there.
I will leave with this. My favorite radio station is 104.7 the fish. I turned it on just as they said, "God shows himself in our successes, he is present in times of needs, but he screams when we feel pain and struggle.
With love
